These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Banglabd platform and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using Banglabd's services.

In these terms, "we", "us", or "Banglabd" refers to banglabd.bet. "You" or "member" refers to any individual registered on or using the Banglabd platform.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with Banglabd:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to register. Minors are strictly prohibited from using Banglabd.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• All information provided in the registration form must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Account passwords must not be shared with anyone. Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.
• Accounts may not be opened on behalf of another person or through a proxy.

Banglabd's payment rules are as follows:

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Payments to or from third parties are not permitted — withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.

If a payment fails or is delayed for any reason, please contact the Banglabd support team. Where a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, Banglabd will work to resolve it promptly.

Banglabd regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the respective offer.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10× (ten times).
• Free Bet: If you win using a free bet provided by Banglabd, only the profit portion may be withdrawn — the original free bet stake is not withdrawable.
• Cashback: A percentage of your net weekly losses is returned as cashback. The wagering requirement on cashback is 1×.
• Bonus Validity: The wagering requirements for each bonus must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being issued. Any unused bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or using strategic low-risk betting to fulfil wagering requirements is strictly prohibited.

All Sports Betting on Banglabd is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of placement remain valid even if the odds subsequently change.
• If a match is abandoned or the specified number of overs is not completed, Banglabd reserves the right to determine the outcome of the bet at its own discretion.
• Banglabd reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from an obvious technical error.
• In-play bet acceptance may be delayed due to network latency — this is normal system behaviour.
• Maximum bet limits per event are set by Banglabd and are subject to change.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited.

In accumulator bets, if one leg is cancelled, the result is settled on the remaining legs at their respective odds. If more than two legs are cancelled, the entire accumulator may be voided.

The following rules apply to all Banglabd Live Casino and online games:

• All games are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Results are entirely random.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Disputes are resolved by reviewing video footage.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the full stake will be refunded.
• If your connection drops mid-game, the result will be determined based on the game state at the point of disconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Banglabd. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

5. Involvement in match-fixing or pre-determining the outcome of any event.
6. Transacting through money laundering or illegal funds.
7. Threatening or harassing other members.
8. Using bots, scripts, or automation tools on any Banglabd software or game.

You can close your account at any time by contacting Banglabd support. Before closing, please make sure:

• There are no pending bets on the account.
• All balance has been withdrawn (excluding bonus balance).
• Any active bonus will be forfeited if its wagering requirements have not been completed.

Banglabd may unilaterally suspend an account for reasons including breach of terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, or legal obligations. In such cases, any legitimate balance will be returned; however, bonus balances and funds derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited.

Banglabd reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-site notification.

The first time you log in after any changes, you will be prompted to agree to the updated terms. If you decline, you will not be able to use the service; however, you will still have the option to withdraw any existing balance from your account.
